Off Duty

Jumper - Selfridges ♦ Trousers - H&M ♦ Boots - Matalan ♦ Glasses - Replay ♦ Necklace - New Look
Earrings - Happy Trunk Apparel ♦ Rings - Pandora & a gift
This weekend, I've been mostly chilling out - yesterday, I had out to Ashbourne with my family but apart from them I must confess I haven't moved much. Still, I want a look that would keep me looking stylish yet comfy. Cue the boyfriend's jumper. This wooly sweater is so comfy and perfect for keeping me warm and since barely wears it. I've decided to add it to my repertoire.

Leopard print isn't for everyone, but I personally think with a low key toned down outfit, it can look very chic. These boots are deceivingly comfy and I can stomp around in them all day. And of course, a weekend with nothing to do requires glasses over contact lenses - ain't nobody got time for that!

What are you doing this weekend?

'Why' Tee & Pink Leopard Leggings

♦ Tee - River Island ♦ Leggings - Republic ♦ Boots - Hypnotic ♦ Watch - Jeremy Scott for Swatch ♦
I need a new camera so badly. Don't worry, I'll be getting one soon, it's just I haven't quite picked out which one I want. Does anyone have any recommendations? Let me know ☺

I know about 80 per cent of my posts consist of me telling you guys all about the scary business of uni and how stressed I am, but .. yeah, that exactly. I've only been back for three weeks and I'm already praying for the Christmas break. I kid, it isn't that bad, it's just I'm feeling the workload creep up and realising how important this last year is. Certainly scary.

But enough heavy stuff! Do you like my new tee? I already have a 'WHAT' top so I figured I may as well keep the theme going. The weather's getting colder which means I've had to dig out my boots. I love military boots; there was a time when I had at least four pairs but over time they've fallen apart. Rather devastating but at least I still have these lovelies.

What's your go-to A/W item?

Leopard Legs

Moody face

I'm back with an OOTD, finally!
These photos are actually from a few weeks back when it wasn't quite as warm but I'd completely forgotten about them until today. I realise how long it's been since I've written a proper outfit post so I thought I'd share this one with you guys. Don't I look moody? I wasn't, I promise. In fact, I was just on my way to meet my best friend in town for a spot of shopping so I was pretty pumped for a busy day.

How do you like my tights? My sister's friend gave them to me, apparently she hadn't even worn them once! I guess they aren't for everyone, but I think heavily patterned tights can really brighten up a plain outfit. Plus, I've always been a sucker for animal prints.

I have another very summery outfit post coming up very soon; look out for my milky white legs!

Pink Leopard and Body Chain

Yoyo!

Hair's lookin' a bit disheveled :')

The weather keeps turning.. the other day it was so warm, like shorts weather. Unfortunately, I'd not waxed my legs for quite some time and they weren't suitable for thee eyes of the public, so I had to opt for leggings. :') But today it's been totally miserable, I miss Cyprus sun. And all inclusive cocktails.

Standin' up straight. Too straight.

Remember my body-chain? I'd forgotten all about it to be honest until I was searching through my room for something and there it was, hidden under all my rubbish. My room is such a mess, it's way too cluttered and I can't actually close my drawers anymore. Yet I'll keep saying I have no clothes. Go figure.

Oh, I almost forgot, Jack found me a tripod the other day, so I will be taking some better pictures :) These were taken by Jack, but I'm planning to make my photographs look a bit more interesting for you guys. Until then, here's me standing in front of a door. Woop woop.

Today's look - Magic jumper and wild leggings

Just an outfit I wore for uni today - a gem-studded black jumper from the Clothes Show and my babies; my pink leopard print leggings. Because I have a tendency to wear black, grey and white an awful lot, I love to inject fun and colour into looks with printed, bright and detailed leggings. This raspberry shade really pops and draws the eye to them. I think if you want to try such a bright colour bravery is a must; they do cause a lot of head turning! I'm all for animal prints and leopard is always going strong, so makes a constant appearance in my wardrobe. Also, it adds an instant fierce and wild look to a simple outfit, which I love.

As I was only going to uni, I kept my eye make-up simple, just a sweep of black eye-shadow and metallic liner, finished with a coat of mascara. Also, my hair looked really great this morning but, as always, the elements got their hands on it. I assure you it does not look quite so sculpted right now. I have really fine flat hair so it's difficult to give it a boost. My miracle product is TRESemmé 24 Hour Body Plumping powder, it's amazing, try it :) By the way, I have an annoying dimple on one side of my smile, please ignore it :']

I chose to wear leggings instead of jeans with my baggy black jumper as the tightness of them pull the outfit together properly, and prevent it from looking sloppy, for lack of a better word :'] I'll really miss wearing this jumper when it gets too warm, it's so cosy and looks effortlessly stylish with printed leggings or skinnies. The wool has a slight shimmer to it and the stars makes it look witchy and mysterious. It's my magic jumper :3

As I had to take the pictures myself in a mirror, I couldn't fit my feet in :'] So here they are - sporting plain black trainers :) I'm thinking about customizing these, so expect a post on that soon ;D
Let me know what you think of my look today :)
